Shipping policy
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
An order is considered successfully delivered once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by the carrier after dispatch.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
